While there are people who think that, rotating the head up to 90 degrees itself, is tough, the kid here, proves that not just 90, but rotating it up to 180 degrees, is also possible.

The boy, wearing a basketball top, in the video below, made this daring attempt. A man holds his head in place and the boy moves his body at one quick moment. Shockingly, the head stays almost in the same place.  

The boy performed the trick, twice in the video footage. He does not seem to be hurt. However, the rotation appears uncomfortable to the boy, which can be felt in his face expression.

Though a few of the public, enjoyed this attempt and made the video viral, majority got disturbed and responded through the comments, saying to stay away from it, as it would cause him several neck issues, in the future.
