Two women born in 1800s are still alive

1800. The century where, we are very well aware of, through the text books. But there are two persons, who even passed that century and are still alive.

Since she left her husband in 1938, Morano lead her life single. Now 115, she resides in a neat one-room apartment in Verbania, a mountain town overlooking Lake Major in northwest Italy.

She is taken good care by her village residents. The mayor gave her a TV set, Niece visits he very often and a physician checkups her regularly.

Diet she follows: 2 eggs a day and 150 grams of raw steak after a bout of anemia.

Born: July 6, 1899
 
Brooklyn, New York

Susannah Mushatt Jones

Now 115 years old, Jones is living in a public housing facility for seniors in Brooklyn, where she has lived for more than three decades.
