Modi wife files fresh RTI

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi wife Jashodaben filed a fresh Right to Information [RTI] after she was denied information about entitlements. In November 2014, Modi wife Jashodaben filed her first RTI seeking an information about the provision provided to her being PM's spouse.  In her first petition, Jashoda stated that she was denied information on fake reasons.

The Public Information Office [PIO] and Deputy Superintendent of Police denied to provide information to Jashodaben and cited that her security provision lie with Local Intelligence Bureau [LIB] which doesn't fall under the RTI provisions. Not happy with the reply, Jashodaben on Thursday filed a new RTI petition.

Jashodaben is retired government school teacher who is currently residing with her brother in Gujarat state.
