The 17-year-old girl has been rushed to a private hospital, as she was allegedly set ablaze by six people in Punjab's Ludhiana on Thursday. Ludhiana Police Commissioner Pramod Ban said in a statement that two people have been arrested and they have registered a rape complaint against six men. He added they are going to catch remaining people soon.
Meanwhile, the victim has been hospitalized with 75 per cent burns, where her condition was reported very critical. The girl said in a statement that six guys came to her home and raped her, as she also identified the guys and knew four of them and two were new to her. She also said they have threw kerosene on her and set on fire. The victim’s father want justice and he also blamed police for taking bribe from accused people.
