KCR to Skip Narendra Modi's Meet Once Again:- Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) is at loggerheads with the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP. The leaders of TRS including KCR and his son KTR took a dig on Modi several times in the recent times. KCR even skipped meeting Narendra Modi during his visit to the state. Narendra Modi on the occasion of the nation completing 75 years of independence has grand plans to celebrate the occasion. An event named Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav is planned and the national committee meeting will take place on August 6th. All the crucial regional and national leaders of the country are invited for the event. KCR too received an invitation for the same on Monday.
The Chief Ministers of all the Indian states are the members of the national committee. Going with the update, KCR is likely to skip the national committee meeting of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav. KCR has been avoiding Narendra Modi since February 5th. When Modi was in Hyderabad for the 20th annual celebrations of the Indian School of Business, KCR flew to Bengaluru and skipped meeting Modi. KCR also did not welcome Narendra Modi when he was present for the national executive meeting of BJP on July 2nd and 3rd. KCR met Modi on September 3rd last year and he submitted a representation on several pending issues for Telangana. The relations between TRS and BJP are completely spoiled after the Huzurabad bypoll that took place in November 2021.
