Private Hospitals to charge Rs 400 per Coronavirus Vaccine Shot:- The Indian government is providing vaccination of coronavirus for free for health workers and others who are fighting for the people. The Indian government also clarified that the people would have to pay for their vaccination. The private hospitals will be charging Rs 400 per vaccination shot for coronavirus and the figure may change as per the discussions. As per the officials from the Union Ministry of Health and Welfare, the cost of the two-dosed coronavirus vaccine would cost Rs 800 per person. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently announced a mega immunization drive involving private hospitals.

The private hospitals served as vaccination centers and the government facilities will offer the coronavirus vaccination for free. The Union Health Ministry will finalize the final price of the vaccination for coronavirus and it would be implemented in all the private hospitals of the country. Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar said that the next phase of coronavirus vaccination starts from March 1st. The cost of the vaccination for the buyer would be Rs 300 and Rs 100 will be charged as the administration cost. There are talks that the hospitals would charge Rs 100 more as a fee for the nurse and the hospital expenditure.
