Telangana Schools to Reopen for Classes 6-8 from Tomorrow

Telangana Schools to Reopen for Classes 6-8 from Tomorrow:- The government of Telangana decided to reopen the schools for classes 6th to 8th from February 24th after they are shut for the past one year due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. K Chandrasekhar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana took the call and he instructed the officials to reopen the schools for the classes sixth, seventh and eighth between February 24th and March 1st in the state. Telangana Education Minister P Sabitha Indra Reddy announced the same today through a statement. All the coronavirus guidelines will be followed strictly in the schools and the consent of the parents is mandatory for all the students of these classes to be present in the schools.

For classes 9th and 10th, the schools across the state are reopened. The decision was taken after the number of cases for coronavirus came to a good control in Telangana. A series of review meetings are conducted after which the Chief Minister took the call. No unexpected incidents or coronavirus cases are reported in the state. KCR appreciated the efforts of the officials as well as the teachers. The private schools in the state continued to teach their students through online and there are talks that the schools will reopen from the next academic year. The schools across the state are expected to reopen on a full-fledged note from June or July this year.
