Coronavirus Cases Dip Down Even Further: Vaccines Out For Distribution:- The daily tally of coronavirus cases in India reached an all-time low in the recent months. A total number of 12,584 new cases are reported in the country in the last 24 hours and 18,385 people got discharged in the past one day in India. 164 people passed away in the past 24 hours and the total death toll in the country reached 1,51,327. The total number of coronavirus cases in India reached 1,04,79,179 and there are 2,16,558 active cases of coronavirus in India. The total number of recoveries in India are said to be 1,01,11,294 till date as per the reports from the Union Health Ministry.

The total number of samples tested in India after the emergence of coronavirus in the country are said to be 18,26,52,887 as per the records from the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). The Indian government approved two coronavirus vaccines Covishield and Covaxin and the mass distribution for the vaccine starts on a priority basis from January 16th. Telangana reported 301 new cases of coronavirus in India along with two deaths. The flights carrying Covishield consignments departed from Pune airport this morning and reached New Delhi, Guwahati, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar, Bengaluru, Patna and Vijayawada along with other cities.
