India Reports 18,088 New Coronavirus Cases:- A total number of 18,088 new cases of coronavirus are reported in the country in the last 24 hours as per the reports from the Union Health Ministry. The total tally of coronavirus cases in India are said to be 1,03,74,932 and 264 people died in the last 24 hours taking the Indian death tally to 1,50,114. The total number of active cases of coronavirus cases in India stands at 2,27,546 which is quite low when compared to the case in the last four months. The global tally of coronavirus cases stands at 86.38 million and there are 36.07 million active cases in the world. Around 48.43 million people recovered from coronavirus and 1.86 million people passed away in the world due to coronavirus.

The total samples tested in the country till date as per the reports from the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) are said to be 17,74,63,405. Telangana reported 417 new coronavirus cases and two deaths in the last 24 hours. The Indian Council of Medical Research said that there are no irregularities in the approval of Covaxin in the country. India becomes the third country in the world to report more than 1.5 lakh deaths in the world because of the coronavirus. WHO made it clear that the new strain of coronavirus that emerged in the United Kingdom is now spread across 41 countries of the globe.
