Indian Coronavirus Tally Inches 1 Crore:- India is one of the worst-hit countries due to coronavirus and the wave reached an all-time high in October. The tally of cases in the country reached 1 crore mark and it stands at 99,56,557 in India. The total recoveries in the country are at 94,89,740 and the total death tally in the country is at 1,44,451. There are 3,22,366 active cases of coronavirus in India and the national recovery rate is at 95.31 percent. The fatality rate stands at 1.45 percent. Telangana reported 509 new cases of coronavirus taking the total tally to 2.79 lakhs.

As per the reports from the Indian Council of Medical Research, the total samples tested in India till date are said to be 15,78,05,240 and the samples tested yesterday are said to be 11,58,960. 355 people passed away in India yesterday and 33,291 people got discharged in India in the past 24 hours. India’s first indigenous vaccine Covaxin trials were successful including robust immune response. There are no serious adverse events in the first phase of trials. USA reported 2,50,000 new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours along with 3700 deaths. USA President Joe Biden is expected to get the coronavirus vaccine next week.

Professor Randeep Guleria, the chief of Delhi's prestigious All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) told that it takes six months to get the sufficient number of vaccine doses in India.
