Coronavirus India Tally Touches 81 Lakh Mark:- The cases of coronavirus in the country are slowly taking a step down after the wave reached the maximum in the last couple of months. The country witnessed 48,268 new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours and the tally touched 81,37,119 in the country. The active cases are at 5,82,649 after 59,454 new discharges in the country. The total number of people who got discharged in the country is at 74,32,829. The coronavirus cases in the USA crossed the 9 million mark which is huge. The global tally of coronavirus stands at the 45.51 million mark and there are 14.71 million active cases of coronavirus in the world. A total number of 29.62 million people recovered from coronavirus in the world and 1.18 million people died of the pandemic.
USA, India, Brazil, Russia and France are the most affected countries because of the coronavirus pandemic. 551 people passed away in India in the last 24 hours and the total death tally stands at 1,21,641. The recovery rate in India stands at 91 percent and the fatality rate is at 1.49 percent. Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh are the worst-hit states in the country because of the pandemic. Maharashtra reported 6190 new cases of coronavirus yesterday along with 127 deaths in the past 24 hours. 1445 new cases reported in Telangana along with 6 new deaths. The total tally of cases stands at 2.38 lakhs and the death tally stands at 1336. USA reported 94,000 new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours as per the reports from the Johns Hopkins University.
