Dharani Portal would be a National Sensation says KCR:- The government of Telangana brought some massive changes to the Revenue Act 2020 and the registrations in the state got stalled. Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao launched the Dharani portal for land and property registrations at Mudu Chintalapalli village of Shamirpet from Medchal-Malkajgiri district. The slot bookings for the registrations on the portal began today. All the property registrations will start from November 2nd. With all the details filled, the web portal of Dharani is launched. All the property details which are not available on the portal will be treated as illegal.

All these properties will not be allowed for further registrations and mutations. It has been designed to reduce the loopholes in the process of registration. The owner of the property will be provided with the e-pattadar passbook after the property is registered and succession is given. Dharani portal is aimed to keep an end to the encroachments of the government lands and other private properties. All the government, Wakf and endowment lands will be locked and will not be available on the portal.

Telangana Chief Minister KCR during his speech said that the Dharani portal is an example for the country and it would soon turn a sensation across the country. He said that 1,45,58,000 acres of land is available on the Dharani portal. People across the world can check the details of the property available. KCR also said that the registration charges in the state are not increased.
