Trump's Administration Proposes to Scrap Lottery System for H1B Visas:- The administration of Donald Trump proposed to scrap the computerized lottery system which is used to grant H1B visas for foreign professionals who arrive to USA. They are in plans to replace it with a wage-level-based selection process. This is expected to counter the pressure on the wages of the workers in USA. A notification about the same was published in the Federal Register. The stakeholders will have 30 days time to respond to the notification told the Department of Homeland Security on Wednesday. The move comes a week before the USA Presidential election which is scheduled for November 3rd.
