Chandra Babu Naidu Writes to AP Chief Secretary Against the Corruption in Housing Scheme:- TDP Supremo and ex-Chief Minister Nara Chandra Babu Naidu alleged that the government of Andhra Pradesh led by YSRCP has been involved in a massive scam. The lands that are purchased by the government to donate for the poor had no quoted prices and are submerged in floods because of the recent rains alleged Chandra Babu Naidu. The TDP Chief penned a letter to the Chief Secretary of Andhra Pradesh to take action with immediate effect. He said that the lands are illegally acquired by the YSRCP leaders.

"In the name of housing for the poor, some of the leaders acquired forest lands and other properties in low lying regions for exorbitant prices. These places are completely unable for housing and they are bought for higher prices than the market rate and there was large-scale corruption that took place in the recent times. The AP Government mobilized 600 acres of land for the poor in Burugupudi village in East Godavari district. The government allocated Rs 270 crores for the land which is priced at Rs 45 lakhs per acre. A corruption of Rs 500 crores has been committed by the YSRCP leaders. Most of the collected lands will submerge in the Godavari floods for sure" said Chandra Babu Naidu.

Chandra Babu questioned Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy if it is fair to allocate lands for the poor at such places that are not convenient for housing.
