Schools to Reopen from September 1st

Schools to Reopen from September 1st:- The Centre has been holding talks about the reopening of schools and the discussions are on from the past few weeks. The Centre finally came up with a plan to reopen the schools across the country in a phased manner starting from September 1st. The phases will fall between September 1st and November 14th. The Centre also asked the state governments to take the final call on the reopening of schools. The Centre will only publish the guidelines. The Centre told that the states with low number of cases can reopen the schools but all the the guidelines should be followed. The operating protocols will be issued for the states by the end of this month.

First phase: September 1st-5th: The students of classes 10,11,12 will attend the schools. Not all the students of the class will be called. The strength would be increased gradually and the schools can go on increasing the classes in a phased manner till November 14th. The schools will run in two shifts: 8 to 11 and 12 to 3. The entire premises should be sanitized between the shifts. The students should follow social distancing and face masks, sanitizers are made mandatory till further orders are issued. It is the responsibility of the school to take care of these guidelines. The primary classes will not reopen anytime now.
