AP Government to Challenge in the Supreme Court in Capital Bill

AP Government to Challenge in the Supreme Court in Capital Bill:- The government of Andhra Pradesh is quite strong on the three capital bill. After the approval of the Governor, the government led by YS Jaganmohan Reddy has been making all the arrangements to shift the executive capital to Vizag. YS Jagan wanted to start operating from Vizag from the Independence Day. Soon, the AP High Court stalled their plan and asked the AP government to put their plans on hold. Now, the AP Government is all set to challenge the same in the Supreme Court of India after the High Court issued a status quo order on the three capital bill.

The final hearing about the case will take place in AP High Court on August 14th and if the order is against them, the YSRCP government will immediately file a counter in the Supreme Court. YSRCP leaders alleged that TDP leaders are the reason behind this and they have been selfish. YSRCP leaders always said that the state would get developed uniformly if it has three capitals. YS Jagan is quite strong on his stand and will make the three capital rule true at any cost.
