A New Petition Filed Against The Three Capital Rule In AP

A New Petition Filed Against The Three Capital Rule In AP:- With the Governor giving the nod for the approval of three capital bill in Andhra Pradesh, the state government started the shifting process of capital to Vizag. The government decided to operate from the executive capital Vizag from August 15th. A petition was filed in the Andhra Pradesh High Court by GN Rao saying that the high power committee is against the legalities in the country. He asked the High Court to issue the orders to stop the capital shifting process from Amaravati. The hearing in the High Court will take place tomorrow about the petition.

The three capital bill along with the CRDA bill got approved by AP Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan and the executive capital of the state is planned to be moved to Vizag. AP Government is in plans to conduct Assembly sessions in Amaravati. The High Court of Andhra Pradesh is planned to be set up in Kurnool. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy is keen to celebrate the Independence Day in Vizag. The Amaravati farmers are in plans to take the agitation to the next level and stop the shift of the executive capital from Amaravati.
