Strict Guidelines To Be Imposed By IT Firms Post Lockdown:- After the lockdown has been imposed, several IT firms across India offered work from home for most of their employees. All those who could not operate things from home offered holidays. With the lockdown season expected to come to an end by the end of May, some of the software firms based in Hyderabad are in plans to re-open their offices. Some of the special measures that are planned to take place for some weeks are said to be 50% capacity allowed in the elevator, one person per cab, two feet distance in access card area, cafeteria and parking premises. Some of the firms are in plans to allow half of their employees for work and ask the rest to work from home.

Some of them are looking at government guidelines to be released while some of them are preparing their own rules and guidelines to be implemented. Some of the firms like Tech Mahindra, Wipro already released the pictures about the strict rules to be followed post lockdown. Temperature screening, sanitizers at work desks, cleanliness measures and distancing norms would be strictly followed and implemented. Telangana government too is expected to release some guidelines which should be followed at any cost.
