Foreign Minister Responds On Indias Restricted Because Of Coronavirus:- The coronavirus outbreak jammed the globe and several countries imposed travel restrictions and canceled visas. Many Indian students are said to be stranded in Italy after the outbreak of the virus. Italy was the most affected after China and the country is now left isolated. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar responded about the same in Lok Sabha today saying that the government is putting their best efforts to bring all the students from all the parts of the globe back to the country.

"30 students from Punjab are struck in Italy airport. We are finding the best ways to bring them back. Our focus is also on students who are waiting to return back from other parts of the globe. 6000 Indians are stranded in Iran which includes 1100 pilgrims from Jammu & Kashmir, Maharashtra. We are in talks with the authorities to bring them back at the earliest. 1000 Indian fishermen are stranded in Iran though the region is not impacted by coronavirus. Our health professionals are sent and they are trying their best to bring Indians" said Jaishankar.
