AP High Court Has a Shock for YS Jagan:- The government of Andhra Pradesh received a deep shock after the Legislative council referred the three capital bill to the select committee. AP Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy already revealed that they would demolish the Legislative council which is against the government. Now the state government received a new shock after the High Court of Andhra Pradesh asked the government not to shift the executive capital from Amaravati. The High Court said that the offices of the established departments that are set up in Amaravati should not be moved to Vizag and they should operate from Amaravati.

Chief Justice JK Maheswari asked the government to maintain the offices in Amaravati till all the cases get closed. The case has been adjourned to February 26th and the High Court warned that the government of Andhra Pradesh should take full responsibility if the capital and the offices are moved to Vizag. Ashok Ban, the petitioner wanted the court to direct the government to disclose the report submitted by various committees regarding the capital of Andhra Pradesh. YS Jagan and his government are left puzzled about their next move.
