Maharashtra Cabinet Expanded: List of Ministers

Maharashtra Cabinet Expanded: List of Ministers:- Shiv Sena, Congress and NCP joined hands to form the government in Maharashtra after no party received complete majority. Uddhav Thackeray took oath as the Chief Minister of the state and the cabinet expansion took place today. NCP Leader Ajit Pawar took oath as the Deputy Chief Minister off the state. Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray's son Aaditya Thackeray made it to the list of ministers. NCP leaders Nawab Malik, Dilip Walse Patil, Dhananjay Munde were inducted into the cabinet of ministers.

Vijay Wadettiwar from Congress to found place in the state's cabinet. Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari expressed his displeasure to CM Thackeray after NCP leader Jitendra Awhad took names of Chhatrapati Shivaji, BR Ambedkar, Mahatma Phule after the swearing-in event. Shiv Sena is said to be holding some key portfolios while Cooperative, Rural Development or Agriculture will be offered to Congress. Shiv Sena with 56 MLAs will hold Chief Minister along with 14 minister positions. NCP has 54 MLAs and will have Deputy Chief Minister and 16 ministers. Congress with 44 MLAs will have Assembly Speaker post and 12 minister berths.
