Ten Injured After Express, Local Train Collide at Kacheguda Station

Ten injured After Express, Local Train Collide at Kacheguda Station:- Two trains collided at the Kacheguda railway station in Telangana's capital Hyderabad which left ten injured. The accident took place after an MMTS train rammed into an express train between Kacheguda and Malakpet stations. All the injured have been rushed to nearby hospitals. The railway authorities rushed to the spot. The driver of the MMTS train is stuck in the engine. The rescue operations are underway and the primary investigation revealed that the incident took place due to signal issues.

Handri Neeva Express was waiting for signal during which the local train rammed into the track and hit the express. Three bogies of the MMTS train are completely damaged due to the incident. The loco pilot Chandrasekhar is stuck in the engine and the rescue operations are on. The accident interrupted the train services running in the track. The railway authorities are taking care of the rescue operations. The MMTS train is running from Falaknuma to Secunderabad during which the accident took place.
