High Court Denies Police Custody for Ravi Prakash:- Tv9 ex-CEO Ravi Prakash is facing various allegations and the new management of tv9, Alanda Media filed a series of cases. After a long wait, Ravi Prakash was finally arrested recently and the cases are under hearing. The Banjara Hills cops filed a petition with the High Court seeking police custody for Ravi Prakash. The High Court today slammed their request saying that the cops could not present the right motive behind their investigation and request for the police custody of Ravi Prakash.

The Banjara Hills police could not submit the required details in this case and they failed in supporting their petition after which the court rejected their proposal. The allegation is that Ravi Prakash managed to draw the funds of tv9 on the name of bonuses. The lawyers of Ravi Prakash produced all the necessary details of Rs 18 crores which are paid to the employees of tv9. With no strong evidence against Ravi Prakash, the High Court rejected the request of the cops for police custody.
