International Court to Deliver its Verdict on Kulbhushan Jadhav Case

International Court to Deliver its Verdict on Kulbhushan Jadhav Case:- The International Court of Justice based in Hague on Thursday said that it would deliver the verdict in Kulbhushan Jadhav's case on July 17th. He has been facing death charges in Pakistan. Kulbhushan Jadhav is a retired Indian Navy officer who was sentenced to death by a Pakistani military court of terrorism in April 2017. India approached the International Court of Justice in May 2017 against Pakistan for their verdict. India also challenged farcical trial by the Pakistan military court.

The International Court of Justice on May 18th 2017 restrained Pakistan from executing Kulbhushan Jadhav. A public sitting will take place at 3 PM (Local time) on July 17th at Peace Palace in Hague and Judge Abdulqawi Ahmed Yusuf, the President of the Court will reveal the verdict. A four-day public hearing took place early this year and India, Pakistan submitted their responses. Pakistan called Kulbhushan Jadhav a spy.
