Earthquake Strikes Gujarat and Rajasthan: No Damage Reported:- Gujarat and Rajasthan witnessed an earthquake at 10.30 PM last night measuring 4.3 on the richter scale. The Institute of Seismological Research, the epicentre of the earthquake was 31 kilometres from Palanpur in north Gujarat. Tremors were felt in Aravalli and Banaskantha districts of Gujarat along with Mount Abu and Abu Road in Rajasthan. No injuries or damages have been reported as of now.

People rushed out of their houses in Banaskantha, Mehsana and Sabarkantha were the tremors have been huge. Gujarat's Ahmedabad too witnessed mild tremors. The governments of both states have been left relieved as no casualties have been reported. As per the report released by the Institute of Seismological Research (ISR), the quake struck Palanpur in Gujarat at a latitude of 24.300 M and a longitude of 72.711 E at a depth of 3.1 km. Several people posted about the news on social media.
