High Court Issues Notice To KCR About His Election Affidavit:- Telangana High Court left Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) in shock yesterday after the Chief Minister received notices and he has been asked to respond about this in four weeks. A petition has been filed in High Court that the election affidavit filed by KCR was fake as he mentioned 4 criminal cases on him. The report said that KCR had 64 cases filed against him and are pending, yet to be closed. Most of them are filed during Telangana agitation time but KCR failed to mention them in the submitted election affidavit during the Assembly polls in the state. KCR contested from Gajwel constituency and won with a record majority.

Thammala Srinivas filed a petition from Siddipet district and the Telangana High Court issued notices to KCR. The petitioner said that this was against the provisions of the Representation of Peoples Act, 1951. The Returning officer for Gajwel Assembly constituency too has been issued notices and other officials from the District Election Office have been asked to reply for the complaint. This created a huge sensation all over and we have to wait to see how KCR responds on the filed petition against him.
