Narne Srinivasa Rao Joins YSRCP:- Narne Srinivasa Rao, the father-in-law of NTR has been in talks with YSRCP leaders from some time. Keeping an end to all the speculations, Narne Srinivasa Rao joined YSRCP in the presence of its Chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy. Narne Srinivasa Rao happens to be a famous real estate businessman in Telugu states. He has been idle from politics from the past few years. He joined YSRCP in YS Jagan's Lotus Pond residence today in the presence of other crucial leaders. Narne Srinivasa Rao has been in plans to contest in AP elections that are scheduled for summer.

As per the latest update, Narne Srinivasa Rao has been promised Assembly ticket from Chilakaluripet constituency in Guntur. Though Narne Srinivasa Rao wanted to contest from the same constituency in the previous elections, Chandra Babu left in shock after which he has been away from TDP. Political analyst Prashant Kishore who conducted a survey reported positively for Narne Srinivasa Rao after which he was promised Chilakaluripet seat. NTR's son-in-law Daggubati Venkateswara Rao mediated and invited Narne Srinivasa Rao to join YSRCP.
