Kerala Tensed With Sabarimala Temple Opening Today:- The Supreme Court recently ruled out all the petitions which restricted women from entering the famous Sabarimala temple in Kerala. This created a stir across the state after a section of people opposed this. The state is now tensed after the famous temple is opening for the first time after Supreme court announced to allow women aged between 10 and 50 years into Sabarimala temple. Several agitators yesterday stopped the vehicles and buses at Nilackal and forcibly sent back several women and girls. Nilackal is 20 km away from Sabarimala and several women police personnel have been deployed to the location ahead of the temple opening.

Several protesters and organizations have been camping in Nilackal from the past few days and they have threatened of committing suicide rather than allowing women into the Sabarimala temple. Kerala Government ensured that the Supreme Court's verdict will be implemented. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan revealed that the incidents will not be tolerated and no one will be allowed to inspect the vehicles carrying devotees to Sabarimala. On the whole, the entire state is left tensed ahead of the Sabarimala temple opening.
