Ameerpet - LB Nagar Metro Line To Flag Off On September 24th:- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the first phase of Hyderabad Metro Rail which started operating between Miyapur and Nagole. The route has been consistent and Hyderabad Metro has been carrying one lakh commuters in a day on an average. The second phase between Ameerpet and LB Nagar was in talks and the trial runs have been on from the past couple of months. All the permissions have been acquired recently for the line.

Now the latest news is that Ameerpet - LB Nagar metro line will be inaugurated on September 24th by the state Governor ESL Narasimhan at 12.15 PM. Telangana IT Minister KTR personally met Narasimhan and invited him to inaugurate the Ameerpet - LB Nagar metro line. The Commissioner of Metro Rail Safety (CMRS) cleared the line. All the safety clearances and the required documents have been attained recently after which the Telangana Government decided to go ahead. Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited Managing Director NVS Reddy revealed that all the permissions have been acquired.
