14 Maoists Killed In An Encounter In Chhattisgarh

14 Maoists Killed In An Encounter In Chhattisgarh:- In a massive encounter between the maoists and the security forces, 14 maoists lost their lives and the incident took place in Sukma, Chhattisgarh. The fire broke down in the forest region between Gollapalli and Konta at Sukma which is located from 390 kms from Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh. The cops revealed that the District Reserve Guard, the paramilitary CRPF and the Special Task Force conducted the operation after they are hinted about a meeting of 200 maoists.

Sixteen rifles have been recovered from the spot and the security officials have been drilling the area from some time. DM Awasthi, special director general of police revealed that the maoists opened fire to defend them after which they have been killed. The bodies have been sent for postmortem and are yet to be identified. More details soon.
