PV Sindhu Donates 25 Lakh to Balayya's Hospital:- Badminton Player PV Sindhu had become a star overnight after she won the silver medal in the Rio Olympics. Later, in various International levels, she won several medals. Now, Sindhu has done something unbelievable.

Sindhu has recently taken part in the new season of “Kaun Banega Crorepati” programme hosted by Megastar Amitabh Bachchan. She won Rs 25 lakhs as prize money in the programme by astutely answering the questions, thus proving to be an intelligent and bright woman off the field too.

All that amount was donated by the sports star to Basavatarakam cancer hospital for the welfare of cancer hospitals. The hospital management has disclosed this news officially. As we all know, actor-cum-politician Nandamuri Balakrishna is the head of the hospital, which was founded by his late father Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, to provide hospitalization to needy and poor people.

In fact, Balakrishna has been collecting funds from NRIs and others for maintenance of the cancer hospital. We must appreciate Sindhu for her contribution to the good cause.
