ACB Raids On Adilabad Food Inspector Bapuji:- On complaints of accumulating disproportionate assets, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has conducted raids on the house of Adilabad Food Inspector Bapuji on Wednesday.
The ACB teams simultaneously raided on his houses at Somajiguda, Bandlaguda in Hyderabad, Medchal and his office in Adilabad. Around Rs2 lakh cash, 260 grams of gold, half-kg silver were seized by the officials from his Somajiguda house. They also found the documents of a villa in Bandlaguda worth Rs1.50 crore and agricultural land in Medchal.
Moreover, two bank accounts and a locker are also being checked. The raids are led by ACB DSP Papalal.
The food inspector Bapuji is staying at Dwarakanagar in Adilabad. The raids were also conducted by the ACB officials on Food Safety and Inspection Office in Adilabad and eventually seized the records. Bapuji, who is the in-charge of eight districts was arrested and shifted to Hyderabad ACB office.
