TDP MP Diwakar Reddy Flies To Paris Despite Ban:- Despite being banned by all the domestic airlines for flying for behaving atrociously at the Visakhapatnam Airport with the Indigo staff on Thursday, Telugu Desam Party MP J.C. Diwakar Reddy along with the 12 members of his family has flew out out to Paris on Friday on an Emirates flight , via Dubai for 10-day personal trip.
While speaking at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport with the media the MP has defended his behavior and has refused to apologise in any way.
The Lok Sabha MP has also said that he is going to raise the issue at the lower house of the Parliament.
Reddy said that he will be writing to the Union Civil Aviation Ministry about what happened at the Visakhapatnam Airport and how he has been targeted in the whole issue once he is back from Paris. He has alleged that the Indigo staff had deliberately denied him a boarding pass.
The defiant further added, “I know how to defend myself in the whole episode. I will raise the issue in the Lok Sabha I will also demand the thorough investigation into the matter as Indigo staff overbooked the flight and issued the boarding pass to only few and also denied it by even after collecting huge sums.”
He further added that he is also collecting all the details and will fight to protect his rights both as an individual as well as a Member of Parliament.
The MP asserted that he has briefed about the incident to the Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju. However, he has denied telling the minister of reaching the airport well in advance at 7.10am.
He reached the airport at 7.35am for 8.15am and never said that he came at 7.10am addeda Reddy.
By claiming that the self respect is more important for him than any other issues, the Mp said that he is also ready to go at any extent even resigning from his Lok Sabha seat on the issue.
However it should be remember that the case is about the Reddy’s behavior with Indigo staff and not how he treated by the the airline.
