A man, who dropped a Pasta box on the ground and snaps a picture of a lady from below her hem, was caught red-handed.
In Virginia, US, a man named John Wiggins visited Walmart store and bought a box of pasta. The man, who tried to be over smart, captured a woman picture from below her hem. The latter who observed some disturbance behind her, found the man below.
The woman then complains the issue to her husband. Fortunately, the man was caught doing the same act in the same store by the woman’s husband.
