Bollywood actress Karishma Kapoor and her husband Sanjay Kapoor, divorce proceedings have stalled as both failed to come to a deal regarding the welfare of the children. According to the report, on the final day of hearing of the divorce case, Karishma and Sanjay got into a heated argument before the judge. The court asked both the petitioners to come up with a mutual consent by February.

Sanjay Kapoor approached the court on May 31st seeking the custody of kids and alleged that Karishma is in relation with someone else. According to a daily, Karishma is reportedly seeing pharma company head Sandeep Toshniwal whose divorce petition is also pending in the same court.

Karishma was married to Sanjay in 2003 but after the birth of first child, the marriage hit rock bottom. However, they patched up and had second child in 2010. Again things started going in different directions. Since 2011, Karishma was staying in Mumbai with her children.
