FBI to help CBI in Jiah Khan's case?

Bollywood actress Jiah Khan's mysterious death case has been transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation [CBI] by the Bombay High Court. However US investigation agency FBI may help the CBI as Jiah's mother Rabia Khan approached US envoy long back.

US Consulate officials were present at the hearings in the Jiah's death case as she being the American citizen and the FBI said, it is ready to probe the case if India granted permission.

On the other hand, Aditya Pancholi and his family have filed a Rs 100-crore defamation suit against the Jiah's mother Rabia for her comments on the Pacholi family on Twitter. The suit was filed by Aditya Pancholi, his wife and daughter alleging that Rabia has been posting comments to defame their family. They highlighted 18 tweets posted between March 4 and May 1 as defamatory.  The Court has issued notice to Rabia in this regards.

Jiah Khan was found hanging to ceiling fan in her flat in Juhu on June 3, 2013 and mother Rabia has accused the Jiah was murdered.
