Corporation Bank branch manager of Mehidipatnam, Ravilla Nageshwara Rao, was killed in a fatal road accident today at Narketpally of Nalgonda district. The accident took place when his Innova car rammed into the stationery DCM this morning. Nakrekal MLA Lingaiah visited the accident spot. Along with bank manager, one of his friends was also killed on the spot.

Manager's wife Shivakumari, who also accompanied her husband, sustained major injuries. She was immediately rushed to the nearby Narketpally hospital. Her condition was said to be critical. It may be noted Nageshwara Rao along with his wife and friend headed towards Bheemavaram.
