Ek tha tiger, desi 007's romantic, spy thriller

Ek Tha Tiger is all about seeing the love-lost-pair Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif as lovers onscreen. The professional actors leave behind their off-screen differences and gel well onscreen. Their chemistry is the soul of the film and entices one-and-all. Most of the film shows the lead pair running and running. So better wear your sports shoes while seeing the film, to get a feel, well that's of the records.

RAW Agent Tiger (Salman Khan), our own desi 007, sets of to UK to knock into the secrets of anti-missile technology expert of Indian origin, Professor Anwar Jamal Kidwai (Roshan Seth). Enthralled by Zoya's (Katrina) beauty (an help to the Professor), Sallu bhai falls fida, inspite of his comrade Gopi (Ranvir Shorey) warning him. Girish Karnad is a highlight for the film.

Ek Tha Tiger's is a little lengthy, but with some excellent cinematography. The onscreen pair sets the screens on fire. Music by Sohail Sen is soothing and bewitching like the lead pair. Salman is indomitable once again. He is back in the formula that has won him accolades, since Wanted, Dabangg, Ready and Bodyguard. Ek Tha Tiger is just an extension with a different treatment. Hence fans can trust for ultimate entertainment from Sallu bhai.

Aditya Chopra has produced a safe bet, while Kabir Khan (director) and notable writer Neelesh Misra, narration weakens a little towards the end. However the twists in the Aditya Chopra's story, blends an espionage thriller with a romantic interweaving which entertains both the class and the mass equally.

The film is a must for all, but children and teens will enjoy the most. Espionage or spy life has always kept us intriguing and interesting, ofcourse off the reality. Ek Tha Tiger gives yet another dimension for the Spies. And with Sallu bhai at the helms, Ek Tha Tiger is no short of entertainment.
