Speaking at a media conference in Hyderabad, Narayana asked the JAC leaders not to obstruct the meeting of the Seema Andhra MPs who will decide their future course of action. “It is not good for you to resort to such activities,” he told Kodanda Ram and asked him: “Why did you meet congress leader Keshava Rao secretly?”

Narayana asked Kodanda ram to reveal what transpired in the meeting with congress leader Keshava rao.

Commenting on the police firing at Kakarapalli on the anti- power station demonstrators in Srikakulam district in which two persons were killed and several others injured, Narayana said the Minister Dharmana Prasada Rao, who belonged to the district, should take responsibility for the unwanted police firing.
