Revanth Reddy's Promise to Farmers:- TPCC President Revanth Reddy addressed the media after the BRS chief released his first list of candidates. He showed his confidence of winning in the election after looking at the list of the BRS candidates. Revanth Reddy also promised farmers of Rs 2 Lakh loan wave-off. He asked the farmers of Telangana to take a Rs 2 Lakh loan by approaching banks and promised that he would waive off the loan once Congress is in power on December 9th, that is after the election.

Revanth Reddy also questioned KCR for choosing two seats - Gajwel and KamaReddy. BRS has released the list of 119 constituencies and left only 4 constituencies Nampally, Naraspur, Goshamahal and Jangaon. Earlier Revanth Reddy challenged KCR to seek re-election in Gajwel and now CM announcing Gajwel's seat is a mere acceptance of Revanth Reddy’s challenge. KCR is a sitting MLA from Gajwel, he contested in the 2014 and 2018 elections and won.

Congress also questioned about BRS seats for women as in the total list only seven women were allotted seats. BRS allotted 39 seats for the Reddy community out of 115.

Besides this Revanth Reddy also took a dig at Narendra Modi at an event organized by V Hanumantha Rao on the occasion of the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi.

In Karnataka, the freebies of the Congress have played a key role and now in Telangana, Congress is trying a new strategy, that is through loan waiver.
