Telangana High Court's Interim Orders to not Arrest Avinash Reddy:- Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy gets interim relief. Telangana high court issued interim orders to CBI not to arrest Avinash Reddy till 25th of April related to YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case. The high court also ordered Avinash Reddy to attend the investigation of CBI from tomorrow till 25th.

The final verdict on Avinash Reddy’s anticipatory bail petition will be given on 25th of this month. There were arguments for the past two days. After YS Bhaskar Reddy’s arrest in Pulivendala, Avinash Reddy has applied for an anticipatory bail petition in high court. The high court listened to the arguments of lawyers for an anticipatory bail plea for Avinash Reddy.

YS Avinash Reddy claimed in the petition that Viveka married Shaik Shameem in 2011 and had a son named Shaik Shahensha. He added Viveka’s daughter and his wife revoked his power of issuing cheques and made him suffer financially when they came to know that he promised admission for Shameem in Hyderabad public school, a villa and fixed deposits for their livelihood.

Senior counsel Avinash Reddy argued that CBI pushed witnesses and framed the petitioner. Till 25th Avinash Reddy will not be arrested. But need to attend CBI inquiry, whenever he is asked to attend before.
