YSRCP in shock with YS Vivekananda Reddy's Case:- The murder case of YS Vivekananda Reddy turned out to be a huge headache for the ruling YSRCP in the state. Several leaders of YSRCP are named in the case and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is investigating the case. The family members of YS Vivekananda Reddy alleged that the investigation is not happening on a fair note and several petitions are filed in various courts. The Supreme Court transfered the investigation of the murder case of YS Vivekananda Reddy to the neighboring state Telangana and this is a huge embarassment for YSRCP and YS Jagan. There are strong talks that CBI, one of the biggest Central agency has faced many hurdles while investigating this case. Some of the crucial witnesses got killed and some others turned approvers.

The leaders of YSRCP and the officials created enough hurdles for CBI told senior officials of the agency. CBI registered a case on February 18th this year and the involvement of the AP cops brought new headaches and the investigation came to a halt. Some of the officials of CBI are even threatened. Some of the close associates of MP Avinash Reddy created problems for the CBI officials when they were on their way to the court. Shivashankar Reddy who was in juidicial remand was sent to RIMS from Kadapa Central jail without any information. Some of the cops have been suspended during the investigation. The opposition parties slammed YSRCP and their leadership for diverting the case of YS Vivekananda Reddy.
