YSRCP Says Kuppam Bid Farewell To Chandrababu:- The leading YSRCP in Andhra Pradesh has been kept sweeping in all the local polls after they reported a record victory in the 2019 general elections. In the Municipal polls, YSRCP won the Kuppam municipality which has been a strong fort for TDP from the past few years. TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu has been contesting in the polls from the past few years from Kuppam constituency. Despite Chandrababu's aggressive campaign. This happened to be a huge embarrassment for TDP with the recent defeat. TDP turned silent after the defeat. YSRCP reported a record majority in most of the wards in Kuppam municipality.

Chandrababu Naidu won as an MLA from Kuppam for seven times since 1989. Even in the recent panchayat polls, TDP lost mostly in February this year. TDP gets a clear hint that the party needs a new-age leadership to survive and bounce back. Else, TDP will lose its traces told analysts. YSRCP says that the Kuppam defeat is a farewell to Chandrababu Naidu from Andhra Pradesh politics. Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy congratulated minister Peddireddy for his efforts in the polls. Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy interacted with the press and said that Chandrababu tasted one more humiliating defeat in Kuppam which has been his base for more than two decades. Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy said that people have no faith on Chandrababu who betrayed the people for years.
