Indian Coronavirus daily tally on a rise:- A total number of 14,989 fresh cases of coronavirus are reported in the country in the last 24 hours and 98 new deaths are reported in India in the last one day. The total tally of cases in the country reached 1,11,39,516 and the recoveries in the country are at 1,08,12,044. The total number of recoveries in the last 24 hours in the country are said to be 13,123 and the active caseload is at 1,70,126. The number of cases for coronavirus kept increasing for the 16th day in a row. Maharashtra and Kerala have reported high number of cases from the past one month. The death toll in the country now stands at 1,57,346.

The recovery rate in India now stands at 97.06 percent and the fatality rate is 1.41 percent. 54 school students in Karnal, Haryana are tested positive for coronavirus. The national capital New Delhi reported no coronavirus deaths in the last 24 hours but reported 217 new cases. The United Kingdom will receive 10 million doses of Covishield from the Serum Institute of India. UK government ordered 100 million doses of coronavirus vaccine and out of them, 10 million doses would be sent through Serum Institute of India. As per the reports coming from the Indian Council of Medical Research, the total samples tested in the country reached close to 21.85 crores.
