12,899 New Coronavirus Cases Reported In India:- A total number of 12,899 new cases of coronavirus are reported in the country in the last 24 hours and the total tally of cases reached 1,07,90,183. The total number of recoveries in India are now at 1,04,80,455 as per the reports coming from the Union Health Ministry. With 107 new deaths, the total death tally in the country reached 1,54,703. The Indian recovery rate is said to be 97.13 percent and the fatality rate is 1.43 percent. The active cases of coronavirus remained less than 2 lakhs and they stand at 1,55,025. Telangana reported 177 new cases and the total tally stands at 2,95,101. The total number of deaths in the state are at 1606.

The global tally of coronavirus is at 10.41 crores and 22.59 lakh people passed away till date. As per the reports coming, around 41.38 lakh people received the first dose of coronavirus vaccine in India till date. 49 students studying in a nursing college in Mangaluru are tested positive for coronavirus. As per the reports from the Indian Council of Medical Research, the total samples tested in India till yesterday are said to be 19,92,16,019 and the samples that are tested yesterday are said to be 7,42,841. A British Minister clarified that there are 4000 variants of coronavirus and the vaccine manufacturers are trying to improve the vaccines.
