YS Jagan Meets Amit Shah: Submits 16 Requests

YS Jagan Meets Amit Shah: Submits 16 Requests:- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy flew to national capital New Delhi and had an hour and a half long meeting with the Union Home Minister Amit Shah last night. YS Jagan placed several requests in his recent meeting. YS Jagan discussed about the transfer of the High Court and about the three capitals for the uniform development of the state. He also discussed about the ongoing coronavirus vaccine drive in the state and about the Polavaram project construction. YS Jagan also requested for immediate funds for the Centre as the state is left in huge financial crisis. YS Jagan discussed about the notification of shifting the state's High Court from Amaravati to Kurnool.

YS Jagan wanted the Centre to approve the revised estimates of the Polavaram irrigation project which is estimated to be Rs 55,656 crores. YS Jagan requested the immediate arrears of Rs 1644 crores and the funds are pending since 2018. YS Jagan also requested funds of Rs 22,948 crores to fill the revenue deficit of the state and he requested the Centre to intervene about the Rs 5541 crores that the Telangana government owes to AP Genco as per the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act. YS Jagan also requested the Centre to approve Disha Bill and AP Land Titling bill. YS Jagan is expected to meet several other Union ministers today.

YSRCP leaders Vijaya Sai Reddy, V Prabhakar Reddy, Mithun Reddy, Avinash Reddy, Praveen Prakash, Dhanumjay Reddy, General Sriram, Jasti Bhushan and others are present along with YS Jagan.
