Coronavirus Indian Tally Crosses 1 Crore:- Due to the huge density of population in the country, the spread of coronavirus turned out to be a threat in India. The number of new cases registered per day touched 1 lakh mark and the wave reached the peaks in October. The wave of cases is slowly coming down and though experts warned of a second wave hitting the country, there are no such signs. 25,152 new cases of coronavirus are reported in India in the last 24 hours and the total tally of cases crossed 1 crore. The total number of cases stands at 1,00,04,599 as per the reports from the Union Health Ministry. 347 new deaths are reported in India and the total death tally reached 1,45,136.

The death rate in the country stands at 1.45 percent and the positivity rate stood at 2.14 percent. Telangana reported 627 new cases in the state and the tally crossed 2.80 lakhs. A total number of six vaccines are in the final stages of clinical trials in the country and there are talks that they would get an approval before the end of this month. A total number of 16,00,90,514 tests are conducted in the country till date as per the reports from the Indian Council of Medical Research. USA continues to be the worst-hit country and the total number of cases reached 17.45 million. India is second with 10 million total cases. Brazil, Russia and France are next to India in the list.
