Narendra Modi addressed the farmers in Madhya Pradesh through a video conferencing at Kisan Sammelan that is organized by Raisen district. Modi said that the opposition parties are using the farmers for vote-bank politics. "All the people should seek replies from all the political parties which are talking about reforms in the field of agriculture and are included n their manifestos," told Modi. He reminded about the previous government that spent years of time with the Swaminathan committee. Modi said that they have implemented them for farmers. Modi argued that the farmers are being misled through false information on MSP and APMC. Modi said that a total amount of Rs 16,000 Cr are transferred and this benefited 35 lakh farmers.
