AP Government Opens Doors for Schools Across the State

AP Government Opens Doors for Schools Across the State:- All the higher educational institutions along with the universities and colleges across Andhra Pradesh are reopened after a break of seven months because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The offline classes are currently held for senior classes and the online classes would continue for junior students in the state. All the Standard Operating Procedures are followed in the state. The schools and colleges will function for six days in a week in Andhra Pradesh. The new academic calendar for the professional, non-professional courses and post-graduate programs are released by the AP Government.

The classes will be held between 9 AM and 1:30 PM for the month of November. The situations will be analyzed after which the call would be taken about the December classes. Each class should have a maximum number of 16 students and they should follow social distancing. If the total number of students exceeds 750 in a school, the students should be split into three batches and the classes should be held on a shift basis.

All the teachers have been asked to attend the schools without fail. The afternoon lunch for the students will be provided by the school. All the students between 3rd and 5th class can attend the classes in the nearby schools. The existing academic year will have 180 working days and the syllabus is reduced. The schools will continue till April 30th 2021. The AP Government even asked the school authorities to admit the students who are shifted because of their parents. They are asked to give immediate admission to such students. The schools and colleges are also reopened in Assam today.
