Delhi Airport Ranked as the Second Safest in the World:- Indira Gandhi International Airport of Indian capital New Delhi is ranked as the second safest airports in the world. The Delhi International Airport Ltd (DIAL) reported that the 'Safe Travel Barometer' certified that Delhi airport is the second safest airport in the world considering the implementation of health measures and safety protocols. Changi Airport in Singapore is the world's safest airport which got a rating of 4.7 out of 5. Delhi International airport stands next with a rating of 4.6 out of 5.

DIAL released an official statement about the same. More than 200 airports of the world are assessed after the arrival of coronavirus. Along with Delhi Airport, Frankfurt Airport and Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport secured the second place. The 'Safe Travel Score' is an industry-first rating initiative by the 'Safe Travel Barometer' after the arrival of the pandemic. All the health and safety protocols are assessed during the coronavirus pandemic period. Safe Travel Barometer is said to be the world's most comprehensive and largest tools to monitor the traveler health along with safety protocols.
